The one who was taken to a haven home in Moradabad by the Uttar Pradesh Police on Saturday subsequent to capturing the man she was with under the counter transformation law spent a month ago, got back to his home on Monday. Pinki was permitted to leave after she told a justice that she and Rashid Ali, 22, got hitched back in July, and that she was 22 and needed to go with his family.
Addressing correspondents after the capture of Rashid, on Saturday morning, Pinki, who is three months pregnant, had said both of them planned to get their marriage enlisted when the police got them. Rashid’s senior sibling Saleem, 25, who was with them was additionally captured. The police said Pinki had no verification of the marriage, and that they were following up on a protest by Pinki’s mom that Rashid had persuasively changed over and hitched her little girl.
Extra Superintendent of Police, Moradabad, Vidya Sagar Mishra stated, “The young lady in her explanation before the justice said that she was brought into the world in 1998 and that she and Rashid held a nikah on July 24 in Dehradun.” Pinki said she had changed over and needed to re-visitation of Rashid’s family, Mishra added.
