Raebareli: A 98-year-elderly person in Uttar Pradesh’s Raebareli, 79 km from state capital Lucknow, was regarded by the area organization for acting naturally dependent and free at his age. Vijay Pal Singh sells chana, or bubbled chick peas in the city of a town in Raebareli.
