Hours after the CBI recorded a chargesheet in the Hathras case on charges of assault and murder against four blamed, Opposition parties on Friday scrutinized the working of the Yogi Adityanath-drove government and affirmed that nobody in the state gets equity or rights without a battle. The energize sheet repudiated Police’s case that the 19-year-old Dalit lady was not assaulted.
“Reality has won indeed. The CBI charge-sheet documented today against four blamed in the Hathras case has expressed that the 19-year-old casualty was fiercely assaulted and killed. This advancement brings up major issues on (the working) the Adityanath government, UP Police, ADG Law and Order, locale justice of Hathras and senior functionaries of the state organization,” Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, party responsible for UP, said in an explanation.

Samajwadi Party boss and previous UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav said nothing can be accomplished, not even equity, without battling the BJP government in the state.
“Bhajapa Sarkar se bina lare kuch bhi nahi milta, na insaf, na haq (Nothing can be accomplished, neither equity nor rights, without battling the BJP government),” he tweeted. The SP boss said the CBI request was requested by the public authority following weight from the media, Opposition and public.
The charge sheet was documented in a nearby court against four denounced. The Dalit lady was supposedly assaulted and harmed on September 14. A fortnight later, she surrendered to her wounds in a Delhi emergency clinic.
