The Delhi government has dismissed speculation of a lockdown in the capital in 24 hours. Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain has said that there is no need to re-lockdown in Delhi. However, Satyendra Jain said that local restrictions will be imposed in some busy areas of the capital. Jain said that more and more tests of Kovid are being done and their number will be increased further.

He said, “There will be a huge crowd in Chhath Puja due to which the corona virus can spread easily. Therefore, there is a need to impose sanctions. ”On the other hand, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said that instead of putting a lockdown, medical management was required.

CM asked the center to allow the lockdown in delhi
Earlier, in view of the increasing cases of infection in Delhi, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday sought the Central Government’s authority to impose lockdown in market areas that could become ‘hotspots’ of Kovid-19. The Chief Minister said, “We are sending a proposal to the Central Government to give the Delhi government the power to impose lockdowns in market areas, which can become hotspots of Kovid-19”.
